What is Twicketer?
Twicketer is Mobile Ticketing 2.0. You can sell or buy mobile tickets to any event. You can distribute mobile coupons and vouchers too! Contact us if you are interested in distributing mobile coupons or vouchers.
What makes you guys so special?
We use www.screenticket.com technology to distribute mobile tickets that DO NOT require scanning hardware at the venue to validate and verify mobile tickets. Oh yeah...we have been awarded provisional patents, and are very close to earning a full patent. www.screenticket.com is backed by the Danish Government.
How do I sell mobile tickets to my event?
After you register as an Event Manager, entering all the required information about your events, we give you a short link that you share via Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, etc, with your followers/friends. They click the link and purchase tickets to your event. If you set up an account at www.textmarks.com you can even create your own mobile keyword, so you can distribute mobile tickets via your printed marketing materials.
How much will it cost me to sell mobile tickets?
It doesn't cost anything to sell mobile tickets. There is a $0.99 service for every ticket sold. The service fees can be included in the price of the ticket, or added on top of the mobile ticket price. We only earn a service fee after a successful transaction.
What if my phone dies/lose my phone/forget my phone?
We send every ticket buyer a back up ticket to the email account they used when they purchased a ticket.
Can I buy more than one ticket?
Yes...please do! We only can distribute one ticket to one phone however. You will have to enter the mobile telephone number for every ticket that you purchase.
What if I suffer from premature activation?
We advise our Event Managers to allow consumers that have accidentally validated their ticket too soon. If you pre-validated your ticket by mistake bring your back-up ticket we emailed you just in case...and don't do it again! :)
What are the payment options?
We presently accept PayPal and all major credit cards. Google Checkout and Amazon Mobile coming soon. We are also comparing different mobile payment platforms like Obopay and a few others, as payment options.
Can I forward the ticket to my friends?
lol...you wish! Our ticketing platform is one of the most secure mobile ticketing platforms in the world. If you're a high level hacker that can somehow figure out how to crack our security, and you send your ticket to your friend...if they arrive at the venue first - you don't get in. Sorry (not).
Do you keep my credit card information?
Heck no. We don't need those types of headaches. We let the Pros over at PayPal do ALL of our payment processing!
Is it secure?
This is the most secure way to distribute tickets in the world. Our tech partner www.screenticket.com is based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and provides mobile ticketing services to the mass transit industry. I am aware of at least ten levels of security features. The rest are top secret.
Do I need a smartphone/mobile internet access to buy a mobile ticket?
Yes. We only deliver mobile tickets to the millions and millions of web enabled smartphones. We do not deliver mobile tickets to dumbphones. Sorry (not).
What if I don't have a smartphone?
Get a new phone. In the meantime we can email you a ticket. The recession is almost over...and besides, the carriers are practically giving smartphones away!
Can I sell mobile tickets through my brand?
